boys what are your training goals this year

mine are to out bench jason Laughing iam going up to 82.5 and sq 220kg bp 150kg and
dlift 270kg all raw and in a comp

hopefully to compete a few more times this year. squat 220 bench 160 deadlift 240 would be nice , and total over 600 at 125.

just to compete more and in bigger competitions, i think to be honest i have always left my best lifts in the gym, mostly due to a lack of experience. gonna put tha right.
