Reverse Band Box Squats (Blue bands &amp; 11 inch box) - RAW

Warmup

60kg x 8

100kg x 5



Added Bands

140kg x 5

180kg x 3

220kg x 3

260kg x 3

300kg x 2 (hard)



Squats Lockouts (off pins, 6 inch range of movement)

300kg + hold 10 seconds

320kg + hold 10 seconds

			<description><![CDATA[are we getting stronger when you look at the all time plifting records the squat and bench are going up but the dlifts not  gear helps the first two more, so is man getting any stronger from the 70s to now,like the top raw bench is still around 700s
